Delete your SkinCare AI account

SkinCare AI is an app by Omnivatis LLC. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open SkinCare AI and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account and its data are removed immediately.

Delete by email

Email omnivatissynergy@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify that you own the address and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and name
• Your in-app content, history and saved settings
• Your push notification token and usage records

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase and billing records for up to 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it. Apple and Google are the sellers of record; we keep only the transaction identifier.
• Backups may contain your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they expire automatically.
• Aggregated, anonymous analytics that cannot identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple ID settings on iOS, to stop future charges.
